Determine when a supported set starts and ends.
01 Datfit hardware / build in public
Snap is an early gym-hardware prototype. We are starting with one narrow question: can a
compact movement sensor count reps and track set time reliably?
Follow the experiments, the constraints, and what we learn in real gym conditions.
The prototype is starting with movement, rep count, and set time. We will share changes, measurement experiments, false starts, and the constraints of real gym conditions. One idea behind Snap is that useful training data should not require more phone interaction during the set. We are testing that idea, not treating it as a proven problem.

Determine when a supported set starts and ends.
02
Explore reliable rep counting for a narrow set of movements.
03
Record how long the working set takes.
The intended direction is for Snap to connect the movement that happened during a set with the training session recorded in Datfit. That connection is still in development.
